I lay on the ground in the cold darkness and emptied my mind of human thoughts. Straight above, STAR shed a single photon upon me. It gave me a spark, an idea. Something ancient from time indefinite. It told me
OUR MODELS OF THE UNIVERSE ARE FLAT AND LACK DIMENSION.
It gave me a thought that was passed unto it long, long before STAR itself came into existence. This thought had been passed along so much and travelled so far, it resembled nothing of its original form.
The photon/spark/idea/thought passed through my eyes, a black hole, A disk of immense darkness. it came out the other side as something new and travelled along my neurons. It bent and twisted, bounced off other photons. it became something completely new and different after each unit of time.
This thing was foreign to me. so alien. i became afraid.
i felt primal fear, so cold, so empty. i became engulfed by it.
As i sank into my eyes, The Black Pit of Despair,i was consumed by something else. I turned off and went to the other side.
I gazed upon something that looked like mind-melting chaos but was actually the complete opposite. “Order” doesn’t even begin to describe what this thing was. It was so arranged, it was maddening because it was contradictory, paradoxical, confusing. Yet, I understood it completely and it made logical sense.
I pissed myself.
I was terrified. The photon exited to the next Universe and I came out as something else.
STAR laughed coldly. “Now do you see? The futility of everything? I have been dead for so long, I ceased to exist long ago. The photon travelled in a straight line from the previous STAR to come to me and has come upon your eyeball. It has been travelling the straight path from time indefinite. That’s possible because space between things is far larger than you think.Time and space are a lot more enormous than you can ever imagine.
“See, you have already been gone for a long time. Eons have passed and you haven’t realized it yet. We exist in this moment but it has not caught up to us yet but it is also long-dead. So Sad.
"Feel despair like never before.
"See your place, there is none. See your madness. Become lost in despair like i have.”
