I dreamt.
I was making music in Reaper. The software had a VR feature where you can view sound waves virtually. I was trying to find new sounds to make something different. I saw the position of the soundwave’s particles on the X, Y and Z axis and how that soundwave changed and travelled over time.
I then manipulated my perspective on the soundwave, rotating it until it was one dimensional. I played the one dimensional sound. My eardrums processed the sound in a strange way because they were built specifically for three dimensional sounds. This sound made my mind go to strange dimensions.
I do not remember exactly what my mind encountered in these dimensions. The most I can remember is I saw where all thoughts originate from and which strings vibrated to make strange thoughts appear. I remember seeing things that manipulated and influenced the vibration of the strings. These things weren’t exactly beings, they were part of the foundations of the universe, of reality.
I awoke.
